My DIY Morning Fitness Routine

I have been reading up on workouts, trying to do different things, and I’ve come to the conclusion that I have to create my own little morning routine. And that’s fine!! As long as I am getting movement in, I will get to where I need to be. Of course, 2-3 days out of my week, I will do another kind of workout that involves cardio and some weight training, as muscle burns fat.

Here is what I plan to do each morning before work:

25 regular crunches
25 reverse crunches
10 pushups
25 jumping jacks
10 lunges
10 squats

(repeat for a total of 3 times)

I completed this routine this morning, and I feel refreshed. I need to be more committed to keeping my body mean and lean, because it’s so important to be healthy! I have reasonable activity of my limbs, so before I lose them, I will use them!
